After trying to decide when to start Roman on solids we did it today. I wanted to feed him avocado but couldn't find the time to get out and get a couple. So, we went with oatmeal cereal. (I had considered just skipping the cereal all together but without the avocado I decided to just go with the cereal) I mixed with some formula because I didn't want to waste ounces of (unfrozen) breast milk for a few ounces.
Not sure if it was the formula, oatmeal or both but this was the reaction Roman gave us:
